The Ronda Romántica celebration takes place this year during the second weekend of June from the 6th to the 9th. Get ready to step into a world of enchantment! As you stroll through the streets adorned with embroidered shawls and encounter people dressed as peasants, gypsies, bandits, and characters from the Napoleonic War era. Ronda is in the midst of its illustrious Royal May Fair Festival, “Ronda Romántica”.
The Pasarela Romántica
However, one of the preceding events, the Pasarela Romántica or the ‘Romantic Catwalk,’ will be held on Friday, May 3rd, starting at 8:00 p.m in Plaza Teniente Arce. (Next to the Bullring and tourist office)
The event will feature the participation of “los Coros y Danzas de Ronda”, ‘Carmen de Ronda’, the “Battle of the Puente’ from Montejaque, the ‘Bandolier Passion’ from El Burgo, the ‘Manzanares, 1831’ from Estepona plus the Bdanza Studio from Ronda will feature the music of ‘Flamenco Essence.’

The Royal fair of Ronda
